Some families would rather have a trained interviewer sit with a parent or grandparent and a small team turn the conversations into a finished biography. We are exploring whether to offer that, and we want to learn from the families who would value it most.

We do not offer a human-assisted service yet. Told & Treasured is self-service today, with no calls or appointments. This page is an application to a future pilot, so we can see whether there is genuine demand and design it to be done well. Applying is free and commits you to nothing.

Two levels of help, shaped by what applicant families tell us. Prices are the pricing we are studying, not an offer to buy, and these tiers would only open once we can deliver them properly.
