How support works

Support is asynchronous and email-only, at hello@toldtreasured.com. There is no phone line, no live chat, no appointments, and no in-person service. Writing to us means you can explain things in your own time, and we can give your question proper care.

Told & Treasured is currently in a pilot, and paid checkout is shown as a coming-soon state until it is enabled. If you write about billing during the pilot, we will help you directly.
